This User Agreement (together with our End-User Licence Agreement, where applicable, and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference, collectively referred to as Terms of Use) applies to your use of:
The term “App” is used for both or either of the Mobile App and Web App in this User Agreement.
We are YourPulses IKE, we are registered in Greece under Company Number: 158436201000, and have our registered office at Dimitriou Gounari 96, 15125 Amarousio, Attiki, Greece. (“YourPulses”, “we”, “our(s)”, “us”). We are owners of the App.
This User Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply when you access or use the App. By proceeding and continuing to use the App you agree to these terms which will bind you.
In case you do not agree with these terms please do not access, download, install, stream, or use the App or Services in any way.

The ways in which you can use the Mobile App may also be controlled by the Mobile App Store rules and policies. These Mobile App Stores’ rules and policies will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.
We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce.
We may change these terms in our sole discretion without any notice, unless any change is material in which case, we will give you a reasonable notice.
By continuing to use the App after any change of terms has been herein published or for which reasonable notice has been provided, whatever the case may be, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed terms.
In case you do not agree with the published or notified changes please do not continue using the App and Services in any way.
To be able to access and use the App and Services, you must first set up, register, and create an account by submitting your name, surname, date of birth, gender, email address and your password, or by using your google account details; you will have to use your username and password, or your google account details, as the case may be, to access the App and Services. (“Account”)
To confirm the setup, registration, and creation of your Account we will send you an email, which will contain a confirmation link. By clicking the confirmation link, you accept and confirm the creation of your Account. You may then access the Account by using your username and password, or your google account details.
Before completing the creation and setup of your Account, you may also submit a profile photo, and preferences and interests regarding charity events and activities. You may submit, update, or change your profile photo, and preferences and interests at any time during your use of the App and Services.
You agree to submit true and complete information during the registration process and throughout your use of the App and Services, and keep them updated, if needed.
The Account is personal to you. Please DO NOT create an account for anyone else other than yourself.
You must treat your password or any other applicable user identification code as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any password or user identification code at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone, other than you, knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@yourpulses.com. You agree to immediately inform us if your Account is in any way infringed.
We are not responsible for any damage caused or arising because of theft, misappropriation, unauthorised disclosure, or use of your account details by any third party, or breach or infringement of any your obligations under this User Agreement relating to the security and confidentiality of your account and account details.
In this case, your parent or legal guardian can sign you up for the App after first signing up themselves for the App/creating an Account. To create an Account for you/sign you up for the App, your parent or legal guardian will be called to fill in an additional, dedicated field for the creation of an Account for you, as a user under 16. To create the Account, your parent or legal guardian must first accept the Terms of Use on your behalf. After your parent or legal guardian fills in the referred field and after they accept the Terms of Use and consent to your use of the App and Services, we will send you an email confirming that your parent or legal guardian has completed the process to create an Account for you and has accepted the Terms of Use on your behalf. To activate your Account, you must follow the relevant link in the referred confirmation email.
Please note that in case you are under 16, some Services or activities, events, or your-own-activities may be prohibited or restricted for you, in our sole discretion and/or subject to the terms of the Participating Entities.
An internet connection is necessary to access and use the App and Services. We will undertake all reasonable steps to ensure that the App and Services are available and accessible at all times, but we will not be responsible if the App and Services are not available or accessible in all geographic areas or if the quality or accessibility to the App and Services are compromised by factors outside our control or influence.
We and our partners bear no responsibility for any lack of availability of the App and Services or for any difficulty or failure to receive, download, stream, install, access or use the App and Services for reasons outside our control or influence, or for any inherent internet failure or vulnerabilities.
We do not guarantee or represent that the App and Services are provided by us without error or interruption. We make best efforts in the provision of the App and Services but the App is provided on an “as is”, “as is where is”, “as available” basis, without any express or implied guarantee or representation of any kind whatsoever.
You expressly agree that you use the App and Services at your own risk and responsibility, and you expressly acknowledge, agree and accept that we do not provide the App and Services on an uninterrupted basis and/or fee or secure of any bugs viruses or errors. You must not misuse the App by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, the server on which the App is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the App.
The availability and accessibility to the App and Services depends on the operating system of your Device or website browser or computer operating system.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access and use the App. You should use your own virus protection software.
We are entitled to suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of the App and Services for an indefinite amount of time or cancel the App and Services. We will try to give you a reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal or restriction, and for any cancelation, we will give you a prior 30 days’ notice.
You agree to use the App only in accordance with the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms. The following restrictions apply.
We only use any personal data we collect through your use of the App and the Services in the ways set out in our privacy policy
Please be aware that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that any message or information you send using the App or any Service may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
Please note that your personal data comprising of your name, surname, username, and profile photo will be visible to other users of the App, unless you click on a relevant button that keeps such data anonymous. In case you wish to remain anonymous, please make sure to click on the said button, otherwise you accept that this data will be visible to other users. Other users will also be able to see your activities and/or Pulse Points in their feed or in the monthly or all-time rankings of users; other users will be unable to link your activities to your personal details, only in case you choose to remain anonymous by following our above instructions.
All intellectual property rights in the App, the Services, and the Website, including, without limitation, the software, design, pictures, photographs, graphics, user interface, content and arrangement, coordination, and enhancement of such content, sounds, videos, databases, information, in the App and Services, throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors). You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App, or the Services other than the limited right to use them in accordance with these terms.
You may use the App exclusively for private and not business purposes and use; such private use being non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, and limited. You are not entitled to use any intellectual property rights in the App, Services and the Website save for the limited purposes and use explained in the Terms of use.
The names, logos, trademarks, and service marks of YourPulses that appear on the App and Website may not be used in any advertising, publicity, promotion, or in any other manner implying the endorsement or sponsorship of YourPulses, or affiliation with any product or service, without our prior express written permission.
You agree, unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use:
Please note that you will be liable against us or our licensors, and you agree to keep us indemnified, for any damage caused or arising because of or in connection with any of your actions that are in breach of these terms regarding the relevant intellectual property rights.
The App offers you the opportunity to participate in, perform, or carry out events, causes, activities, your-own-activities related to sustainability and the sustainability goals set by the United Nations and in return earn Pulse Points that might be redeemed as coupons against the purchase of services and products of, or as donations to, Participating Entities. Depending on your referred participation in, performance or carrying out of, events, causes, activities, your-own-activities and your ranking among other users, you might be entitled to certain additional prizes and rewards at the end of each month.
We will make available a list of events, causes, activities, your-own activities (“Actions”) on the App, participation in or performance of which results in the issuance and credit of Pulse Points to your Account.
The App will contain a number of Actions that you will be able to perform to earn Pulse Points. The Actions are either organised by third party charity or non-profit organisations (“Organisations”) or by third-party for-profit corporate entities (“Corporate Members”) or are available to perform on your own initiative (“Your-Own-Activities”).
The Actions comprise of a variety of events, activities, and your-own-activities that are linked with charity, sustainability and the Sustainability Development Goals set by the United Nations.
We reserve the right to update and change the list of available Actions in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and accept that you do not have or are not entitled to any expectations regarding the continued availability of Actions in our App.
We do not guarantee that all Actions organised by Organisations or Corporate Members will take place or that you will be able to perform all Actions as described.
You hereby acknowledge and accept that the Actions and your performance of any such Actions might be subject to the applicable terms of Organisations or Corporate Members, as the case may be.
Your-Own-Activities are Actions which you can perform on your own. We reserve the right to add or remove any Your-Own-Activities from the list of Actions. In such case and where applicable, we will disable the functionality or feature that allows the recording of Your-Own-Activities, thereby indicating that this type of Action is no longer available. We reserve the right to set, update, change, and determine, in our discretion each time, specific or additional conditions for Your-Own-Activities, which will be available for your review and consideration at the section or page or screen where the relevant Your-Own-Activity is presented.
You accept that you perform and participate in Actions and choose or book to perform and participate in Actions at your own risk and responsibility. We shall have no liability or responsibility for the cancelation of any Actions by Organisations or Corporate Members, or by us for reasons relating to our relationship with Organisations or Corporate Members, or for the continued availability of all or any of the Actions on the App. Regardless, we will make our best efforts to notify you in advance for the cancelation or non-availability of any Actions, even though this does not make us in any way responsible or liable for any such cancelation or non-availability.
To book an Action, where possible, you must press the relevant button accompanying the Action you are interested in. After clicking on the relevant button, we will be notified of your booking of the specific Action and issue a QR code confirming your booking of the said Action. Before booking a specific Action, you will be able to see the main details of the Action on the relevant screen or page or section presenting the said Action, but please note that other terms might also apply to the relevant Action depending on the organiser, that is the relevant Organisation or Corporate.
Your-Own-Activities do not require prior booking.
Please remember to bring the issued QR code with you when you perform the Action. The organiser of the Action will confirm your performance or participation in the Action by scanning your QR code.
We do not guarantee that spaces will be available on all or any of the Actions. Spaces are only secured once an Action has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible.
In case you book Actions and fail to perform or participate in such Actions more than 5 times in a 12 month period, we reserve the right to permanently or temporarily disable your Account or access to the App, in our sole discretion, as we will consider that your failure to perform the Actions amounts to a disruption of the App, Services and the Participating Entities’ business and activities. This is in addition to other potential restrictions or penalties that might be imposed by the Organisation or Corporate Member.
Pulse Points are in-App digital points that represent your performance of Actions, and which can be redeemed only in accordance with these terms to grant you rewards. Each Action bears a distinct number of Pulse Points as determined by us and as communicated to you on the App.
After booking the Action, where applicable, you will need to perform the Action to earn Pulse Points. As explained, for Actions that are booked and QR-coded upon booking, the organiser of the Action will scan the relevant QR code and confirm your performance or participation in the Action. This will automatically notify us to credit your Account with the corresponding Pulse Points.
The number of Pulse Points per Action will be provided on the screen or page or section where the Action is presented and available for booking. This means that you will know beforehand the number of Pulse Points that you are entitled to before booking an Action.
For Your-Own-Activities, you can confirm your performance by clicking the button that indicates the beginning of your performance of the Action (for example, when you go jogging, you will need to click the button that indicates that and when you begin your jogging activity). The Pulse Points for each Your-Own-Activity will be provided on the screen or page or section where the said button is available.
The App will credit Pulse Points to your Account after you complete your performance of any Actions, as explained in this User Agreement.
You agree and undertake to submit and or procure the submission of accurate and complete information regarding your performance of the Actions.
The App involves the participation of the Organisations and Corporate Members, other than you and other users.
Organisations are non-profit or charity organisations, entities , clubs, etc., which organise Actions and to which you can redeem your Pulse Points by donation.
Corporate Members are for-profit entities, which organise Actions and against the products or services of which you can redeem your Pulse Points by receiving a relevant coupon.
The App allows the redemption of Pulse Points only in these ways:
Upon the redemption of any Pulse Points, we will debit your Account, meaning reduce the number of the Pulse Points in your Account, by the number of the redeemed Pulse Points.
The Pulse Points expire within 18 months from the date they are first credited in your Account. Please make sure to redeem them before their expiry.
Each month you will automatically enter into a competition for prizes that we will present in a dedicated section or page on our App. The specific prizes available for each month will be determined in our sole discretion and will be presented to you on the App at the beginning of each month.
The three users with the most Pulse Points earned at the end of each month will be entitled to the three prizes corresponding to each of the first, second, and third place. For each of these prizes, we will issue a Coupon to each winner.
The App and Services present and involve Actions, products and services, which are organized or offered for sale by third parties, including Organisations and Corporate Members (Participating Entities). You are hereby notified that terms, conditions, requirements, policies of these Participating Entities might apply to any activity or service anticipated in the App to the extent it involves them.

In addition to all disclaimers in the Terms of Use, we hereby disclaim all responsibility and liability, and accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors, actions, omissions, or representations made by the Participating Entities, including any such errors, actions, omissions, or representations made in connection with the App, Website and Services.
Our involvement and cooperation with the Participating Entities and the presentation of them, and their Actions or products or services on the App should not be interpreted as indicating any association, approval, endorsement on our part of these Participating Entities, or their Actions, or products or services or any representation by us regarding the reputation, quality, suitability, competence, actions, activities of these Corporate Members or Organisations, their Actions, and products or services.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both we and you knew it might happen.
If the App we supply to you damages a device or digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.
If you use the App for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Use and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising out of your use of the App, Services, and Website, including but not limited to your performance of the Actions, the redemption of the Pulse Points, the use of Coupons.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
Coupon duration. Each coupon will be valid for a determined period of time from the date it is issued by us. The Coupon cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Use of coupon. Each coupon will only be used for redemption of Pulse Points against the products or services of Corporate Members, such Pulse Points earned in Actions or competitions .
Use of promotional codes. Whether other promotions or promotional codes can be used in conjunction with Coupons to purchase or use any Corporate Members’ products or services entirely depends on Corporate Members.
Electronic or paper coupons. We will issue electronic, QR-coded coupons that may be used either in their electronic form or in paper form, after you print them, depending on any applicable requirements or circumstances (e.g. physical or electronic shop) of Corporate Members. Printing out the coupon is your responsibility and is made at your cost.
Coupon redemption. You can redeem Coupons in person or online, depending on any applicable requirements or circumstances (physical or electronic shop) of Corporate Members.
Refunds. Coupons are non-refundable.
Coupon Value. Coupons might be redeemed for part or full value of the products or services of the Corporate Members (meaning full or partly discount), as determined on the Action section or page or screen.
Transfer. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen coupons. Lost, stolen or destroyed coupons will not be exchanged or refunded.
Non-availability of products or services. The responsibility for the availability of products or services against which coupons may be used rests with Corporate Members. As such, in the event that such a product or service is not available no refund shall be given by us.
These terms are in addition to any other applicable terms and conditions, policies, requirements, by Corporate Members that might impact the use of the Coupons.
The App is available for access and use at any location in the world and for users of any citizenship or residence, although primarily targeted at Greece and Greek residents.
You acknowledge and accept that your residence and location might prevent you from participating in or performing Actions, or redeeming the Pulse Points, for example where a Corporate Members’ physical shop where you can use a Coupon is located outside your country. Your location or residence might prevent you from enjoying the full functionalities, features, of the App and Services.
Where the App contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
Oftentimes, the App contains information, content or details produced by third parties, including the Participating Entities. We are not responsible to assess the veracity, truth, completeness, correctness, appropriateness, of such information, content, or details, and we bear no responsibility or liability for such information, content, details, services, products, details on Actions as provided by third parties. Regardless, we will make our best efforts to ensure that the content is true, complete, correct and appropriate, even though this does not make and should not be taken to make us liable or responsible for any such truth, completeness, correctness, or appropriateness of the content.
The App and the Services are provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. They do not offer advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of information obtained from the App or the Service. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information provided by the App and the Service, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that such information is accurate, complete or up to date.
The App and the Services have not been developed to meet your individual requirements. Please check that the facilities and functions of the App and the Services meet your requirements.
You agree to defend us, compensate, indemnify and release or discharge us of any responsibility or liability for any damage, harm, or injury, costs including court expenses that emerge because of a claim or demand, connected with your use of the App or breach of these terms.
In case you breach any of the Terms of Use you are liable for all damages and/or harm caused to YourPulses.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you in writing if this happens.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
You may link to our Website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our Website in any website that is not owned by you.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
While we are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any action or omission made by the Participating Entities or for any misrepresentation or representation or legal or otherwise obligations of the Participating Entities in connection with the Actions or any of their products or services or any other matter in relation to the App, we ask you to report any misrepresentation made by the Participating Entities at QUALITY@yourpulses.com, in order to help us improve the quality of services we provide. We will request the respective Organisation or Corporate Member to respond to your reported complaint about their alleged misrepresentation. While we do not have or accept any responsibility or liability to resolve, monitor, or look into the complaint, we reserve the right to remove or deactivate the relevant Participating Entity’s participation in our App; any removal or deactivation from our part does not and cannot be taken to amount to any acceptance or endorsement from our part of any of your claims as to any alleged misrepresentation or any other claim.
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, terminate your use of the App, if we realise and/or suspect that you have failed to comply with any of the Terms of Use and any other applicable terms. Upon termination of your use of the App, any of our contractual relations and obligations that emerged, together with any license or other rights granted to you, will cease to exist.
These terms are governed by Greek Law and for any dispute arising in relation to this User Agreement, the Terms of Use or your use of the App, Website and Services, the courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction.
Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. Please note that disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
